Windowsを起動後、コントロール・パネルを開いて下さい。 2. プログラム･リストを表示して下さい。 ・Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Windows 8の場合 プログラムと機能を開いて下さい。 ・Windows XP, Windows Server 2003の場合 プログラムの追加と削除を開いて下さい。 3. 現在インストールされているプログラム・リストより「Elo Touchscreen Driver 5.5.0」を選択して下さい。 4. アンインストールの実行。 ・Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7の場合 アンインストールをクリックし、表示に従って操作して下さい。 ・Windows XP, Windows Server 2003の場合 削除をクリックし、表示に従って操作して下さい。 ======================================================================== 既知の問題 ======================================================================== (1) WindowsXPでUSB接続のドライバをインストールする場合、タッチモニタを接 続せずにドライバをインストールするとタッチモニタを接続してもドライバ が正常にインストールされない事があります。WindowsXPの場合はタッチモ ニタを接続した状態でドライバをインストールしてください。 (2) アンインストール後、接続されているデバイスのスキャンが行われません。 デバイスマネージャで「ハードウェア更新のスキャン」を実行するなどで接 続されているデバイスの更新を行ってください。 (3) タッチパネル・コントローラに位置補正データが保存されている場合、セッ トアップウィザード終了時にキャリブレーションのチェックボックスにチェ ックが入らない場合があります。 (4) ログオン・ユーザの切り替えを行うとタッチ音が鳴らない場合があります。 ======================================================================== Known Issues ======================================================================== 1. Openning the User Manual in IE8 or IE9 has issues with remembering the previously viewed screens. Therefore, we do not advising using the IE back button to navigate the User Manual. However there are no issues with the links and anchors in the manual. 2. If the Serial Driver is preinstalled without a serial touch monitor hooked up; there is a short response delay when the user tries to open Elo Touchscreen Properties. 3. "Wake on Touch" may not be supported if Hybrid Sleep is ON. Hybrid Sleep can be turned off in the Control Pannel's Power Options. ======================================================================== 変更履歴 ======================================================================== Version 5.1.1: 1.
